1.You must have at least 130 posts
2.You must Be active on the Site.
3.You will have to Get 3 Members to Join and Get them to refer you, They should refer you in the Introduction forum.
4.You must be a trusted to the site.
5.You will have to advertise the site.
6.No leaking (Not even in other V.i.P's).
7.If some one wants a Code/program you have form us tell them to join the site.
8.You must post or contribute at least 5 ViP Codes/programs once in ViP to Stay in ViP.
All of these rules are for good reasons.Just Keeping Leakers and leechers out of my V.i.P.
